F.A.Q For Deliveries

  • Why is ordering from your website appointment based?

    We find this method to be the safest for both you the customer and our fledgling company. As things progress we will adopt a more typical method for serving you.

  • How does this work?

    We take pre-orders daily on the website. Reminders are sent if you join the e-mail list. Follow the links provided to fill out a form in the APPOINTMENTS section of the website with your order and chosen delivery window. Orders are first-come-first serve and all windows are closed by Saturday at 5pm. Deliveries on orders of $20 or more.

  • What happens after I make an appointment/reservation for delivery?

    At this point you can continue with your purchase on the website if you have not already made your purchase. Delivery couriers will wait 5 minutes after ringing your bell before leaving, if there is no answer. No refunds or credits will be given in this instance.

  • What if I don’t receive my order within the time quoted?

    Please allow a 20 minute grace period for deliveries, as our team is very small right now. If you receive your food more than 20 minutes after your appointment window, let us know so we can take appropriate action.

  • What if I want to cancel my order and be refunded?

    So long as it is before 5:15p the evening before deliveries are to be made, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.

  • Why don’t you grant refunds after 5:15p the evening before deliveries are made?

    Our food is made fresh for our customers, so scheduling the purchase of ingredients and the time required to cook the meals for all orders is very delicate. Late cancellations disrupt the process and could lead to wasted food.

  • Do you accept cash?

    Cash is only accepted as currency for tipping your delivery person. We accept Debit and Credit Cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Chase Quick-Pay and $Cash (application).

  • Do you deliver farther away than 5m from Utica & Avenue D in Brooklyn, NY?

    Yes. Our free delivery window is up to 2.5m. A delivery fee is charged thereafter and up to 12m, but it may be possible for an arrangement to be made for pickup or special service if you call the office.
